El Espacio 23 houses three apartments and a shared work space reserved for residency programs. The residency includes living space, shared studio space, and a production budget for artists and curators across various stages in their career, with a diverse range of disciplines and ethnic backgrounds. Residents are selected by El Espacio 23’s curatorial team within the context of the space’s exhibition program, the city of Miami and the Jorge M. Pérez Collection.
