Cachito Vallés

b. Spain, 1986
Cachito Vallés (Seville, Spain, 1986) is a visual artist whose artistic research focuses on the concepts of space and time, approaching them from different perspectives grounded in two fundamental principles: the scientific and the philosophical. His work is developed through experience, allowing him to expand his conceptual foundations into specific issues associated with these ideas, such as transcendence, positioning, becoming, spirituality, events, accidents, traces, immateriality, and ontology.
His use of visual arts and imagery enables him to create an emotional impact through the aesthetic experience, employing reactive mechanisms that combine movement, light, image, sound, and the physical engagement of space. To achieve this, he works across a broad spectrum of languages, materials, and processes, constantly seeking a balance between the aesthetic and the conceptual.
His most recent projects have taken on a metaphysical dimension, in which earthly elements, structural forms, movement, and programming play a significant role. Through their combination, he creates works that allow him to explore diverse media and processes while investigating ideas and forms in an empirical and intuitive manner, pursuing a distinctive and recognizable artistic coherence.
